Automarshal 2.26 – new version of the vehicle number plate recognition system

In the following publication we would like to provide a brief summary for the release of new version of Automarshal software.

Automarshal 2.26 now features newly adopted neural network algorithms, that have been introduced in the previous release, for the vehicle number plates of European Union and China.

Additionally, Automarshal now features beta version of the module for the recognition of emergency service vehicles based on external appearance of a vehicle. This functionality allows to provide an automatic access to the otherwise restricted areas to ambulances, fire trucks and police vehicles in the case of emergency. Please note, however, this module is currently calibrated only for domestic emergency service vehicles, and the recognition algorithms for this module will require to undergo additional training to be able to recognise such vehicles for other countries and regions.

Version 2.26 also introduces compatibility of Export HTTP module with more than 20 trigger activation events, which enables the users to send notifications for each trigger activation event into third-party systems. This overall improves the possibilities for Automarshal integration with other solutions.

Finally, the current version of Automarshal also enables to monitor the time that trailer stays in the control zone independently from the vehicle itself; introduces new trigger event for setting the conditions when notification would be sent to external system; and improves overall user experience when working with user lists.
