Control of the salesroom in a retail chain

In a large domestic federal retail chain of kitchen goods, a salesroom control system was implemented for operational analytics of the company's sales and remote monitoring of the work of employees.

This system includes the EYECONT video surveillance management system and a number of video analytics modules. The EYECONT system was also integrated with the Customer's POS system for obtaining information on the number of purchases made.

In addition to the standard video surveillance functions, the system has the following functionality:

• counting visitors
• determining the conversion of visitors into customers
• determining the most visited places of the salesroom
• determining the time spent by an employee at the workplace
• sending notifications about the absence of an employee at the workplace
• building reports on the work of the outlet for the required period

A dashboard window was added to the EYECONT interface specifically for this project, which enables to display customer- and employee-related data collected by the software in the most convenient and user-friendly way. Also, the system was equipped with the logic to send information on the key sales indicators and prolonged absence of employee at the workplace directly to EYECONT as well as developed Telegram bot.
